장가권(张家拳)은 무술의 대가 장장전(张长祯)중국 무술로써 아미,소림,도교,불교,태극,형의의 기술을 모두 포함하고 있습니다.
Now Coach Zhang Xiao Hang,
Master ZhangChangZhen’s great grandson, has formed a Martial Art
Training Center in order to develop Chinese Martial Art and has
designed few courses for KungFu lovers to study.
現在大師張長禎的曾孫,張曉航成立了武術訓練中心對外發展武術,並且設計了一些課程給功夫愛好者學習。
장장전(张长祯)의 증손자 장효항(张晓航)은 무술 애호가들을 위해 단련 프로그램을 개설했습니다.
In our place, you will learn
the Kungfu systematically, what is Kungfu, what is Qi and how to
practice Kungfu, how to fight, how to perform, how to deal with the
situation if one has weapons, the connections between basic skills
and real fight, the difference between the gymnastic performance and
real Kungfu fighting.
在我們這裡你會有系統的學習功夫,什麼是功夫,什麼是氣,如何練習功夫,如何戰鬥,如何演示,如何與手持武器的歹徒戰鬥,基本練習與實戰間的聯繫,表演武術與實用武術的差別。

Yi Jing Jin class (10 classes)
Zhang style’s Yi Jing Jin contains twelve postures and each posture
practices the flexibilty of every part of your muscle.
With our training, you will have great improvement on your reaction,
agility and strength.
易筋經包函了十二個動作,每個動作練習不同部位肌肉的柔軟度,這種訓練可以增強你的反應,靈敏和力量。

shoulder, back, chest, arm, leg inorder to warm up all part of your body to gain

Zang Fu An Mo Gong class (10 classes)
Zang Fu An Mo Gong
contains seven posture and each posture with different
breathing methods that help you to peace your mind inorder to
feel the Qi inside of your body.
臟腑按摩功包函七個動作,每個動作有不同的呼吸方法,這種呼吸方法使心情平靜從而感覺到氣。
장부안마기공(脏腑按摩功)은

Female defensive techniques (10 classes)
Teaching some tricky techniques that use only alittle strength for
female to protect themselves
